{"id":31716,"date":"2026-08-27T16:29:38","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T21:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/?p=31716"},"modified":"2026-08-27T16:29:39","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T21:29:39","slug":"juicio-contra-acusados-del-11-de-septiembre-comenzara-en-junio-de-2028","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/seguridad\/juicio-contra-acusados-del-11-de-septiembre-comenzara-en-junio-de-2028\/","title":{"rendered":"Juicio contra acusados del 11 de septiembre comenzar\u00e1 en junio de 2028"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un juez militar de Estados Unidos fij\u00f3 para el <strong>5 de junio de 2028<\/strong> el inicio del juicio contra <strong>Khalid Sheikh Mohammed<\/strong> y otros tres acusados por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en la planificaci\u00f3n de los atentados del <strong>11 de septiembre de 2001<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso se desarrollar\u00e1 en la <strong>base naval estadounidense de Guant\u00e1namo, Cuba<\/strong>, y llega despu\u00e9s de casi 25 a\u00f1os de investigaciones, detenciones y m\u00faltiples retrasos judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n juzgados por los ataques del 11 de septiembre?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de <strong>Khalid Sheikh Mohammed<\/strong>, considerado por la Fiscal\u00eda como uno de los principales responsables de la planificaci\u00f3n de los atentados, los acusados son <strong>Ammar al Baluchi, Walid bin Attash y Mustafa al-Hawsawi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cuatro permanecen detenidos en Guant\u00e1namo y enfrentan cargos relacionados con la organizaci\u00f3n de los ataques que provocaron la muerte de <strong>2.976 personas<\/strong> en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mohammed fue capturado en Pakist\u00e1n en <strong>2003<\/strong> y trasladado a Guant\u00e1namo en 2006. Las autoridades estadounidenses sostienen que habr\u00eda presentado a <strong>Osama bin Laden<\/strong> la idea de utilizar aviones comerciales para ejecutar los atentados y que posteriormente particip\u00f3 en la planificaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El juicio fue aplazado hasta 2028<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda hab\u00eda solicitado que el juicio comenzara en <strong>enero de 2027<\/strong>, pero el juez militar <strong>Michael Schrama<\/strong> consider\u00f3 que esa fecha no era realista debido a la cantidad de asuntos legales todav\u00eda pendientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales obst\u00e1culos est\u00e1 relacionado con la <strong>admisibilidad de las pruebas<\/strong> obtenidas durante los a\u00f1os en que los acusados estuvieron bajo custodia de la CIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las defensas han cuestionado declaraciones y evidencias vinculadas con los m\u00e9todos de interrogatorio utilizados contra algunos de los detenidos.
