Un <strong>veh\u00edculo pesado que transportaba un contenedor<\/strong> sufri\u00f3 un percance mientras circulaba por el distribuidor de tr\u00e1fico que conecta esta importante arteria vial con la <strong>v\u00eda Perimetral<\/strong>, provocando el desprendimiento de la estructura met\u00e1lica y el bloqueo parcial de la calzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El incidente ocurri\u00f3 aproximadamente a las <strong>13:30<\/strong>, cuando el contenedor se separ\u00f3 de la base del tr\u00e1iler, impidiendo el paso de los veh\u00edculos y ocasionando una r\u00e1pida acumulaci\u00f3n de automotores en ambos sentidos de la v\u00eda. La situaci\u00f3n oblig\u00f3 a las autoridades de tr\u00e1nsito a intervenir de inmediato para evitar nuevos accidentes y organizar la circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal de la <strong>Agencia de Tr\u00e1nsito y Movilidad (ATM)<\/strong> implement\u00f3 un operativo de restricci\u00f3n vehicular mientras se coordinaban las labores para retirar el contenedor. Como consecuencia, se registr\u00f3 un <strong>intenso congestionamiento<\/strong>, afectando especialmente a quienes se desplazaban hacia el centro y otros sectores de Guayaquil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las primeras evaluaciones realizadas por las autoridades, el incidente habr\u00eda ocurrido debido a la <strong>rotura de las soldaduras<\/strong> que sosten\u00edan el caj\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo pesado. Esto provoc\u00f3 que el contenedor se desprendiera de la plataforma, mientras que la cabina del cabezal tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 da\u00f1os como resultado del impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para agilizar la movilidad, la ATM recomend\u00f3 a los conductores utilizar <strong>rutas alternas<\/strong>, entre ellas la <strong>v\u00eda a Daule<\/strong>, la <strong>avenida Carlos Julio Arosemena<\/strong>, la <strong>avenida del Bombero<\/strong>, la <strong>avenida Rodr\u00edguez Bon\u00edn<\/strong> y la <strong>avenida Barcelona<\/strong>, con el fin de reducir el tr\u00e1fico en la zona afectada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, una gr\u00faa especializada fue movilizada para retirar el contenedor y trasladar el veh\u00edculo pesado al centro de retenci\u00f3n correspondiente. Paralelamente, los agentes de tr\u00e1nsito continuaron regulando la circulaci\u00f3n para disminuir los riesgos y permitir el avance de los veh\u00edculos que permanec\u00edan retenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades tambi\u00e9n recordaron que mantienen <strong>operativos permanentes de control<\/strong> dirigidos a los veh\u00edculos de carga pesada, verificando que circulen por el carril correspondiente y respeten los l\u00edmites de velocidad establecidos. Adem\u00e1s, indicaron que contin\u00faan las coordinaciones con las entidades competentes para reforzar las inspecciones t\u00e9cnicas de los tr\u00e1ileres que salen de los puertos y prevenir nuevos incidentes similares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese a la magnitud del percance y a las afectaciones en la movilidad, las autoridades confirmaron que <strong>no se registraron personas heridas<\/strong>, por lo que los da\u00f1os fueron \u00fanicamente materiales y relacionados con la interrupci\u00f3n temporal del tr\u00e1nsito en uno de los principales accesos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La v\u00eda a la costa volvi\u00f3 a registrar un siniestro de tr\u00e1nsito que gener\u00f3 importantes complicaciones para miles de conductores durante la tarde de este martes 28 de julio.
