{"id":29345,"date":"2026-05-11T16:34:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T21:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/?p=29345"},"modified":"2026-05-11T16:34:54","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T21:34:54","slug":"alivio-en-planillas-de-luz-cubrira-hasta-180-kwh-y-comercializacion-en-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/sucesos\/alivio-en-planillas-de-luz-cubrira-hasta-180-kwh-y-comercializacion-en-ecuador\/","title":{"rendered":"Alivio en planillas de luz cubrir\u00e1 hasta 180 kWh y comercializaci\u00f3n en Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de usuarios recibir\u00e1n compensaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de Ecuador aplicar\u00e1 un <strong>alivio temporal en las planillas de luz<\/strong> para beneficiar a m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de usuarios residenciales afectados por interrupciones el\u00e9ctricas y el incremento del consumo energ\u00e9tico registrado durante abril de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida establece que el Estado asumir\u00e1 el costo de hasta <strong>180 kilovatios hora (kWh)<\/strong> consumidos por cada abonado, adem\u00e1s del valor correspondiente a la comercializaci\u00f3n del servicio el\u00e9ctrico. Este beneficio se aplicar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente en las facturas emitidas en mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compensaci\u00f3n llegar\u00e1 a usuarios de las provincias de <strong>Guayas, Los R\u00edos, Manab\u00ed, Santa Elena y El Oro<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de Quito. Seg\u00fan el Decreto Ejecutivo 379, el subsidio busca reducir el impacto econ\u00f3mico causado por eventos clim\u00e1ticos extremos y problemas en las redes el\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ciudadanos pueden revisar su consumo en la planilla de luz, espec\u00edficamente en la secci\u00f3n donde aparece el \u201cconsumo total\u201d reflejado en kWh. Si el consumo supera los 180 kWh, el excedente deber\u00e1 ser pagado por el usuario junto a otros rubros adicionales como alumbrado p\u00fablico, tasa de bomberos y valores pendientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El costo medio nacional del servicio el\u00e9ctrico para 2026 fue fijado en <strong>12,83 centavos por kWh<\/strong>. Esto significa que los 180 kWh subsidiados representan aproximadamente <strong>23 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> que ser\u00e1n cubiertos por el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, si un hogar registr\u00f3 un consumo de 300 kWh durante abril, el Gobierno solo asumir\u00e1 los primeros 180 kWh y el valor de comercializaci\u00f3n. Los 120 kWh restantes correr\u00e1n por cuenta del abonado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que algunos clientes podr\u00edan recibir dos facturas en fechas cercanas. Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que no se trata de una doble facturaci\u00f3n, sino de cobros correspondientes a distintos periodos de consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades se\u00f1alaron que las altas temperaturas en la Costa provocaron un uso intensivo de ventiladores y aires acondicionados, generando sobrecargas e interrupciones en el servicio.
