El hecho se relaciona con el operativo <strong>\u201cLibertad 526\u201d<\/strong>, ejecutado el 2 de mayo por la Unase, tras la denuncia de un comerciante que era presionado para entregar <strong>$20.000 bajo amenazas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, la Polic\u00eda logr\u00f3 la <strong>aprehensi\u00f3n en flagrancia de cuatro personas<\/strong>, presuntamente vinculadas a la red delictiva. Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, los implicados habr\u00edan colocado y detonado un <strong>artefacto explosivo<\/strong> en el local de la v\u00edctima, generando da\u00f1os materiales y poniendo en riesgo la integridad de quienes se encontraban en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La decisi\u00f3n judicial que genera pol\u00e9mica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la detenci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 cargos conforme al <strong>C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP)<\/strong> y solicit\u00f3 <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva para tres de los procesados<\/strong> y medidas alternativas para uno de ellos. Sin embargo, la defensa apel\u00f3 el principio de igualdad para extender este beneficio a todos los involucrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pedido fue aceptado por el juez Gonzalo Fabricio Prado Falcon\u00ed, de la Unidad Judicial Penal de Pasaje, quien resolvi\u00f3 otorgar <strong>medidas sustitutivas a los cuatro implicados<\/strong>, permiti\u00e9ndoles enfrentar el proceso en libertad bajo condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n fue duramente criticada por Reimberg, quien asegur\u00f3 que este tipo de resoluciones <strong>env\u00edan un mensaje negativo a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong> y debilitan la lucha contra el crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Indicios y seguimiento del caso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el operativo, las autoridades incautaron <strong>dispositivos m\u00f3viles, una motocicleta y comprobantes bancarios<\/strong>, considerados elementos clave dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n.
