El incidente ocurri\u00f3 debido a la falla de un <strong>suiche dentro del sistema de telecomunicaciones<\/strong>, provocando la desconexi\u00f3n del nodo en la estaci\u00f3n Quitumbe y afectando toda la red operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente del sistema, Juan Carlos Parra, explic\u00f3 que aunque los sistemas funcionaban de forma individual, no lograban conectarse con el centro de control. Esto impidi\u00f3 garantizar condiciones seguras para la operaci\u00f3n, obligando a suspender completamente el servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Falla cr\u00edtica en telecomunicaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema se detect\u00f3 tras un proceso de revisi\u00f3n iniciado en la madrugada. T\u00e9cnicos realizaron inspecciones f\u00edsicas y pruebas hasta identificar el equipo defectuoso cerca de las 10:15. Luego de aislar el suiche, el sistema comenz\u00f3 a restablecerse progresivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes fue que el equipo afectado <strong>no respondi\u00f3 al reinicio del sistema<\/strong>, ni gener\u00f3 alertas, lo que complic\u00f3 su detecci\u00f3n. Esto evidencia una vulnerabilidad en la red de comunicaciones del Metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n en curso y sospechas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde Pabel Mu\u00f1oz se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se descarta un posible sabotaje y pidi\u00f3 iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n formal. Un punto clave es un procedimiento registrado a las 00:30, cuyo origen a\u00fan no ha sido identificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el mantenimiento del equipo estaba al d\u00eda, las autoridades buscan determinar si existi\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n externa o errores en la manipulaci\u00f3n del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuestionamientos por mantenimiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Concejo Metropolitano surgieron cr\u00edticas hacia la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, se\u00f1alando posibles fallas en la planificaci\u00f3n del mantenimiento.
