Aumento hist\u00f3rico en los ingresos municipales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La recaudaci\u00f3n municipal en Guayaquil<\/strong> experiment\u00f3 un crecimiento notable durante el primer trimestre de 2026, alcanzando un total de $ 88\u2019303.799,75<\/strong>. Este resultado representa un incremento del 39,8 %<\/strong> frente al mismo periodo de 2025, consolidando un r\u00e9cord en las finanzas del cabildo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El aumento supera ampliamente los registros de a\u00f1os anteriores, cuando el crecimiento fue de apenas 4,9 % entre 2024 y 2025<\/strong> y 5,8 % entre 2023 y 2024<\/strong>, evidenciando una mejora significativa en la gesti\u00f3n tributaria y el cumplimiento ciudadano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principales rubros que impulsan la recaudaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cinco fuentes concentran la mayor parte de los ingresos municipales, destacando el impuesto a predios urbanos (PRU)<\/strong> como el principal motor con $ 25\u2019555.844,37<\/strong>. Este tributo refleja el valor de las propiedades y es clave para sostener el presupuesto local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le sigue la tasa de recolecci\u00f3n de basura (RBD)<\/strong>, que gener\u00f3 $ 17\u2019164.229,61<\/strong>, evidenciando el peso de los servicios b\u00e1sicos en la estructura financiera. En tercer lugar est\u00e1 la contribuci\u00f3n especial de mejoras (CEM)<\/strong> con $ 13\u2019072.698,87<\/strong>, un mecanismo que permite recuperar inversiones en obras como pavimentaci\u00f3n, aceras y alumbrado p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otros ingresos relevantes incluyen la venta de activos (VTA)<\/strong> con $ 4\u2019425.579,26<\/strong> y el impuesto a la alcabala (ALC)<\/strong> con $ 3\u2019295.716,17<\/strong>, vinculado al dinamismo del mercado inmobiliario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sistema de cobro y facilidades para los contribuyentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Municipio ha establecido un esquema accesible para el pago de tributos. En el caso de la contribuci\u00f3n especial de mejoras<\/strong>, el 72 % de los predios cancela valores entre $ 0,01 y $ 20<\/strong>, mientras que el resto se calcula de forma progresiva seg\u00fan el aval\u00fao del inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para facilitar el cumplimiento, los ciudadanos pueden consultar y pagar sus obligaciones a trav\u00e9s de canales digitales disponibles las 24 horas, as\u00ed como en puntos presenciales habilitados en diferentes sectores de la ciudad.
