El evento clim\u00e1tico se present\u00f3 de manera repentina y se extendi\u00f3 por varios minutos, afectando principalmente zonas del norte y centro urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de las c\u00e1maras de vigilancia del <strong>ECU 911<\/strong>, se pudo constatar el estado resbaladizo de la calzada en distintas arterias viales, lo que oblig\u00f3 a conductores y peatones a extremar precauciones. La reducci\u00f3n de visibilidad y el aumento del tr\u00e1fico marcaron la jornada vespertina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Coordinaci\u00f3n Zonal 5 y 8<\/strong>, la precipitaci\u00f3n se concentr\u00f3 con mayor intensidad en sectores como la <strong>avenida Francisco de Orellana<\/strong> y la <strong>avenida Malec\u00f3n<\/strong>, zonas con alto flujo vehicular y comercial. En estos puntos se report\u00f3 circulaci\u00f3n lenta debido al pavimento mojado y a la acumulaci\u00f3n temporal de agua lluvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usuarios tambi\u00e9n informaron que la lluvia fue m\u00e1s intensa en \u00e1reas cercanas a la <strong>autopista Narcisa de Jes\u00fas<\/strong>, <strong>Pascuales<\/strong> y la <strong>avenida Pedro Men\u00e9ndez Gilbert<\/strong>, donde el aguacero se mantuvo constante durante varios minutos. En algunos tramos se formaron peque\u00f1os encharcamientos, especialmente en calles secundarias y accesos barriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La precipitaci\u00f3n no solo afect\u00f3 a Guayaquil, sino que se extendi\u00f3 a cantones aleda\u00f1os como <strong>Samborond\u00f3n, Daule y Dur\u00e1n<\/strong>, donde tambi\u00e9n se registraron lluvias de moderada a fuerte intensidad. En estas localidades se reportaron condiciones similares, con v\u00edas mojadas y tr\u00e1nsito precautorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa p\u00fablica <strong>Segura EP<\/strong>, del Municipio de Guayaquil, inform\u00f3 que <strong>hasta las 19:15<\/strong> se activaron protocolos de monitoreo. Unidades de <strong>Interagua<\/strong> y <strong>Emapag<\/strong> se desplegaron en sectores como la <strong>avenida Quito y V\u00e9lez<\/strong>, <strong>avenida Quito y Aguirre<\/strong>, <strong>barrio Orellana<\/strong>, <strong>calle Luis Urdaneta y Jos\u00e9 Mascote<\/strong>, <strong>avenida Quito y Sucre<\/strong>, y la <strong>calle Luque y Garc\u00eda Moreno<\/strong>, para verificar el sistema de drenaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ese momento, las autoridades indicaron que <strong>no se registraron ca\u00eddas de \u00e1rboles, postes, inundaciones, deslizamientos ni vendavales<\/strong>, manteni\u00e9ndose la situaci\u00f3n bajo control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>Instituto Oceanogr\u00e1fico y Ant\u00e1rtico de la Armada (Inocar)<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que para las <strong>20:44<\/strong> se preve\u00eda <strong>pleamar con un nivel de 5,13 metros<\/strong>, por lo que las unidades de monitoreo permanecieron en <strong>alerta permanente<\/strong> ante posibles efectos combinados de lluvia y marea alta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la tarde de este jueves 19 de febrero, una fuerte lluvia se registr\u00f3 en Guayaquil, generando calzadas mojadas, tr\u00e1nsito lento y acumulaci\u00f3n de agua en varios sectores estrat\u00e9gicos de la ciudad.
