La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada por unanimidad durante la sesi\u00f3n del Pleno del CNE del <strong>4 de octubre<\/strong>, declarando el inicio del <strong>proceso electoral<\/strong>, la convocatoria y las fechas para la <strong>campa\u00f1a electoral<\/strong> relacionada con esta cuarta interrogante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Los ciudadanos ecuatorianos acudir\u00e1n a las urnas el <strong>16 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong> para votar sobre <strong>cuatro preguntas<\/strong>, que incluyen: la eliminaci\u00f3n de prohibiciones sobre <strong>bases militares extranjeras<\/strong>, financiamiento estatal para <strong>organizaciones pol\u00edticas<\/strong>, la <strong>reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de asamble\u00edstas<\/strong> y la consulta popular sobre la <strong>Asamblea Constituyente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modificaciones en el calendario electoral por la pregunta de reducci\u00f3n de asamble\u00edstas<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El CNE tambi\u00e9n ajust\u00f3 el <strong>periodo de inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong> de organizaciones pol\u00edticas y sociales para la campa\u00f1a electoral de esta pregunta. Entre el <strong>5 y 10 de octubre de 2025<\/strong>, los grupos podr\u00e1n registrarse para hacer campa\u00f1a por el <strong>S\u00ed<\/strong> o el <strong>No<\/strong>. La presidenta <strong>Diana Atamaint<\/strong> confirm\u00f3 que la fecha del referendo se mantiene para el <strong>16 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo del gasto electoral del Referendo 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a la inclusi\u00f3n de la pregunta sobre la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de asamble\u00edstas<\/strong>, el CNE aprob\u00f3 un <strong>l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de gasto electoral<\/strong> de <strong>2.787.744,80 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para cada opci\u00f3n (S\u00ed o No) de esta \u00faltima pregunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preguntas previstas para el Referendo y la Consulta Popular 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Referendo 2025 incluir\u00e1 las siguientes preguntas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 usted de acuerdo con eliminar la prohibici\u00f3n de establecer <strong>bases militares extranjeras<\/strong> en Ecuador?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 usted de acuerdo con eliminar la obligaci\u00f3n del Estado de asignar recursos del presupuesto a <strong>organizaciones pol\u00edticas<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 usted de acuerdo con <strong>reducir el n\u00famero de asamble\u00edstas<\/strong>, estableciendo criterios espec\u00edficos seg\u00fan poblaci\u00f3n y provincias?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \u00fanica pregunta para <strong>consulta popular<\/strong> es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 usted de acuerdo en que se convoque e instale una <strong>Asamblea Constituyente<\/strong>, cuyos representantes sean elegidos por el pueblo para elaborar una nueva Constituci\u00f3n, vigente solo si es aprobada posteriormente por refer\u00e9ndum?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El CNE confirma as\u00ed el inicio del <strong>Referendo 2025<\/strong>, estableciendo fechas, l\u00edmites de gasto y procesos de inscripci\u00f3n para los grupos participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) oficializ\u00f3 la inclusi\u00f3n de la pregunta sobre la reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de asamble\u00edstas en el Referendo 2025.
