{"id":15362,"date":"2025-05-19T10:14:35","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T15:14:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/?p=15362"},"modified":"2025-05-19T10:14:36","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T15:14:36","slug":"descubren-tunel-utilizado-para-el-robo-de-combustible-en-manabi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foreverfutbol.com.ec\/radio\/seguridad\/descubren-tunel-utilizado-para-el-robo-de-combustible-en-manabi\/","title":{"rendered":"Descubren t\u00fanel utilizado para el robo de combustible en Manab\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hallazgo impactante en Manta: T\u00fanel clandestino conectado al ducto Manta-Libertad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En un operativo <strong>estrat\u00e9gico y de alto nivel<\/strong>, ejecutado el pasado <strong>17 de mayo<\/strong>, las <strong>Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Grupo de Operaciones Militares A\u00e9reas e Inteligencia (GOMAI)<\/strong>, descubrieron un <strong>sistema subterr\u00e1neo clandestino<\/strong> utilizado para la <strong>sustracci\u00f3n ilegal de combustible<\/strong> en el sector de <strong>San Juan de Manta<\/strong>, en la provincia de <strong>Manab\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hallazgo tuvo lugar espec\u00edficamente en el tramo del ducto <strong>Manta-Libertad<\/strong>, una de las principales rutas de transporte de hidrocarburos del pa\u00eds. Este descubrimiento representa una grave amenaza a la <strong>infraestructura energ\u00e9tica nacional<\/strong> y pone en evidencia la creciente sofisticaci\u00f3n de las redes criminales dedicadas al <strong>hurto de combustibles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operaci\u00f3n militar revela sofisticado sistema de robo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la operaci\u00f3n conjunta de <strong>seguridad hidrocarbur\u00edfera<\/strong>, las Fuerzas Armadas, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la <strong>unidad de inteligencia a\u00e9rea militar<\/strong>, lograron detectar una <strong>perforaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita<\/strong> al oleoducto. Esta perforaci\u00f3n daba paso a un <strong>t\u00fanel subterr\u00e1neo<\/strong>, cuidadosamente construido, desde el cual se realizaba la extracci\u00f3n del combustible mediante una <strong>manguera de alta capacidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo militar encontr\u00f3 <strong>evidencias clave<\/strong> en el lugar, entre ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un acople met\u00e1lico de 2 pulgadas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Una manguera de 2 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un \u00e1rea acondicionada para carga clandestina<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos componentes eran utilizados para transferir el combustible extra\u00eddo de forma ilegal hacia <strong>veh\u00edculos o contenedores ocultos<\/strong>, evitando ser detectados por los sistemas tradicionales de vigilancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La importancia estrat\u00e9gica del ducto Manta-Libertad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El ducto <strong>Manta-Libertad<\/strong> es uno de los principales canales de transporte de productos derivados del petr\u00f3leo en la costa ecuatoriana. Conecta zonas productoras con centros de distribuci\u00f3n y consumo, por lo que cualquier alteraci\u00f3n en su funcionamiento representa un <strong>riesgo directo para la seguridad energ\u00e9tica nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La existencia de un t\u00fanel clandestino conectado a esta infraestructura demuestra la magnitud del problema y la necesidad de <strong>reforzar las estrategias de monitoreo, control y defensa de las instalaciones petroleras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consecuencias del robo de combustible en Ecuador<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>robo sistem\u00e1tico de combustibles<\/strong> no solo representa p\u00e9rdidas millonarias para el Estado, sino que tambi\u00e9n genera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aumento del riesgo de accidentes<\/strong> por fugas, explosiones o incendios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental<\/strong> severa en caso de derrames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financiamiento indirecto de redes delictivas organizadas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desestabilizaci\u00f3n del mercado formal de combustibles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impacto negativo en los costos del transporte y producci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de delitos afecta tanto a las empresas p\u00fablicas como a los ciudadanos, quienes deben asumir los sobrecostos generados por estas actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reacci\u00f3n de las autoridades y proceso legal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el operativo militar, <strong>todo el material incautado<\/strong> fue <strong>entregado a las autoridades judiciales competentes<\/strong>. Las investigaciones contin\u00faan para determinar a los responsables directos de esta acci\u00f3n criminal.
